Every site tells a different story. Whether nestled in a coastal forest, perched on a mountainside, or overlooking a lake, the landscape offers clues that shape the design process. At Little Giant, we begin by listening to the site before drawing on it.
Working across British Columbia and Alberta has allowed our team to design in a wide range of landscapes, from the rugged coastline of Tofino and the urban fabric of Victoria to the mountain communities of Whistler, Revelstoke, Banff, Canmore, and beyond. While every project responds to its own setting, our goal remains the same: to create architecture that enhances, rather than competes with, the natural landscape.
Contextual design is about understanding a place, respecting its character, and creating spaces that feel timeless because they belong exactly where they are.
